Returns/Refunds
All returns MUST be authorized before they are returned. Once authorised, you will be issued with an RMA number, which should be clearly displayed on the front of your package.

You should NOT return any item to us without it being authorised first. We do not accept any unauthorised returns. Any unauthorised returns that we receive will automatically be returned to the sender.

There is a 2% handling charge included in all orders, which is non-refundable.
The shipping cost of your product is not refundable, unless it is as a result of our error.
The return cost of returning your item to us is not refundable, unless it is as a result of our error.
You may return any item (in unused and 'as received') within seven days of receiving it for a full refund, minus the 2% handling charge and the shipping charge.
Refunds cannot be made under any circumstances until the goods have been returned to us and the return has been processed and approved.
Refunds will only be given for damaged goods where no identical replacement product can be supplied.
Refunds will be made within seven days of the processing and approval of your return.
Exchanges
All Ticket sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges or refunds.
